Why eat clean when you can eat Dirty!
Early roots of Dirty Mexican Co. began back in a college dorm room, where mason jars of Dirty Lil Roja were sold across campus or at the local farmers market. It may have even been sold to the dean of students—right before she shut us down for “competing” with the cafeteria! And you can thank my college peers for nicknaming me “Dirty”, due of course to my amazing sense of humor that resides in the gutter more often than not.
Fast forward 20 years, and Dirty Lil Roja has been adjusted to perfection. Our family, friends, and neighbors have painstakingly devoured salsa after salsa in our noble pursuit to fine tune our liquid gold.
Jalapeñ-yo Mouth is a recent family favorite, and never lasts more than a day or two at our house. Even our kids can’t wait for the spicy green salsa to cool down before inhaling a loaded chip or five.
Now, Dirty Mexican Co. is ready to share our family’s salsa with you. Because salsa is a way of life—at least in our family.
